Meditation is powerful. Science has shown us endless positive aspects of meditation for us physically (lowering blood pressure, better sleep, and reduce risk of heart attack), mentally (can reshape the brain, cause you to be more focused, decrease anxiety and depression), and and it will even make you happier and more compassionate.
In my opinion, meditation is yet another tool for us as pet guardians to help build a stronger bond, help promote relaxation for our pet (and ourselves), and improve our dog’s behavior.
